Human rights are rights inherent to all people, regardless of race, gender, religion or sexual orientation. They are fundamental to ensuring the dignity, equality and freedom of every individual. Anti-discrimination seeks to eliminate any form of unfair or unequal treatment based on personal characteristics, promoting inclusion and equal opportunities for all.

The defence of human rights and the fight against discrimination are fundamental pillars of a just and equitable society. It involves the promotion of equal rights and the eradication of prejudices and stereotypes that perpetuate discrimination. The fight against discrimination focuses not only on combating direct discrimination but also on addressing structural and systemic inequalities that affect various social groups.

In this fight, I seek to promote awareness, education and appropriate legislation to build an inclusive society that respects diversity. To this end, I give workshops and conferences for both companies and educational centres, to raise awareness and educate on this issue.
